You can permanently delete your Oppocity account and its data at any time. This page explains how, and what gets removed.

Delete from within the app

The quickest way is directly in Oppocity:

Open Settings (the gear icon).
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Confirm by tapping Delete forever.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email contact@bionyx.au from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will action verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and login (email / Google / Apple identity with us).
Your profile and chosen username.
Your scores and all leaderboard entries.

Note on purchases: Deleting your Oppocity account does not cancel or refund a purchase, and does not delete records held by the app stores. Because deletion removes the information we hold about you, we cannot manually reinstate an account or its purchases.

On iOS and Android, Oppocity Pro is tied to your Apple or Google account. If you create a new account, you can use Restore Purchases in the app to regain Pro through the app store — this does not require us.
On the web, a purchase is linked to the account you deleted and cannot be restored afterwards.

Data we may retain

After deletion we do not keep your personal profile or gameplay data. We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, transaction records), as described in our Privacy Policy.
